Founded by Dr. Malesia J. Britt, a visionary leader, director, producer, and faith-driven Black woman, and her co-founder, Dr. Daniel J. Britt, Chief Executive of Business Sales and Publishing Project Manager, Ebb & Flow Ventures Media Group is a family-owned media organization committed to amplifying purpose-driven narratives and building transformative platforms.
What started as a personal mission to elevate underrepresented voices has grown into a multi-platform media group encompassing publishing, digital media, and educational advocacy. From Ebb & Flow Press, where redemptive stories are published, to Ebb & Flow Media, where faith-infused content is produced, to Ebb & Flow Collective, where leaders are equipped and empowered—every division is committed to fostering spiritual, emotional, and social transformation.
