Dr. Malesia J. Britt is a prophetic voice and transformative leader whose work stands at the intersection of faith, culture, and community healing. With a profound background in theology, psychology, and social advocacy, she is committed to amplifying narratives that challenge the status quo, restore hope, and ignite Kingdom impact.

Dr. Britt is and will always be an educator first—in and out of the classroom. For over 20 years, she has worked with at-risk youth as a facilitator, curriculum specialist, and instructional coach, unpacking complex Social Studies and English standards and developing culturally relevant curriculum for 6th–12th grade Humanities. As a native of the Wild Wild West, she holds a B.A. from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, an M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University, and a PhD in Psychology with an emphasis on Cognition & Instruction, where her research focused on Institutionalizing Racial Justice in Schools.

Now, as the founder and CEO of Ebb & Flow Ventures, Dr. Britt leverages her unique blend of academic rigor and spiritual depth to cultivate narratives that not only inspire but also disrupt systems of oppression. From publishing redemptive works through Ebb & Flow Press to producing faith-infused media content through Ebb & Flow Media, she is unwavering in her mission to elevate marginalized voices and cultivate spaces of healing, justice, and transformation.
